Will Affirmative Action Be Struck Down Soon?

The Supreme Court revisits affirmative action in college admissions. Affirmative action is the practice or policy of favoring individuals belonging to groups regarded as disadvantaged or subject to discrimination. This practice usually allows more people of color to attend college. The Supreme Court’s revistation of affirmative action is incredibly important as this will enable the college admissions process to bring diversity to schools across the United States. While some universities are preparing to maintain a diverse student body without affirmative action.
